Our mission and passion here at Operation Code Club is teaching kids coding, in a safe and fun environment. Our mission began with our passion for teaching coding while volunteering at our children’s school. We witnessed the positive growth from each of the kids and knew that this was a mission we want to share with more families. That gratifying experience coupled with our desire to equip our own kids with the tools for a successful future, led to Operation Code Club.
Using games, technology, and plain old fun, kids learn to code through our engaging curriculum while also learning teamwork, logic, math, and problem solving. Each student can learn at their own pace, and by keeping the classroom sizes smaller, we are able to give them the attention they deserve to really benefit from our program. These skills go beyond just the classroom environment and can be applied to everyday life. We look forward to partnering with your family to give your kids a safe and fun environment where their skills and passion for coding can thrive, and hopefully lead to a brighter future for our communities.
I have been in the IT industry since graduating from Santa Clara University in 2003, with a degree in Computer Engineering. I currently utilize my programming background while working for a large nation wide hospital, doing data analytics and reporting. In my free time, I regularly volunteer at my children’s school and at at a local church. I have always had a passion for teaching, as I have been very fortunate to have had great teachers and influences in my life. I look forward to helping your kids discover their own passion for programming.
